Inspired by a fun gospel-influenced reworking by the band Lawrence in a YouTube video, "The Weather" is a sneaky closer for your set, starting out as an emotive and warm choir-backed feature for a soprano/alto soloist, then suddenly kicking into a funky high gear with a tenor/bari soloist and a new groove with big ensemble hits and some lyric/wordless solo space to lead you into a rousing finish.
