Julia and I will be performing some of our Maria Schneider set and more along with performances from Sac State Jazz Singers and C-Sus on Tuesday, March 16th at 8pm in the Music Recital Hall at Sac State.  This concert will be in celebration of the release of our ArtistShare CD, "Vertical Voices: The Music of Maria Schneider." Now...in the "I wish I'd written that chart" category, as is most of James Miley's music that I've heard, it's the Video of the Day, featuring Paul Lucckesi's Buchanan High School Jazz Ensemble performing James Miley's arrangement of "Everything in Its Right Place," by Radiohead, from my favorite album of theirs, Kid A.
