There are a lot of "shreds" videos online, and the ones done by St. Sanders are just amazing ("Rolling Stones Shreds" is the household favorite), but there are a few others who have had some funny ideas in this world, too.  If you're unfamiliar with the meme, a quick explanation:  A "Shreds" video is created by replacing the audio of a music video (usually live performance footage works best) with a recording of bad playing that you carefully make line up with what seems to be happening visually.  It's an art that not everybody gets right, and the creator of "Pat Metheny Shreds" isn't the best at that part of it necessarily, but it's the addition of one other key element that puts it over the top, for me.  And the fact that it's a "tribute" to my all-time favorite musician...  Please...to enjoy..."Pat Metheny Shreds!"
